We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities -

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
• Write effective and customized project proposals to attract potential clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and share project details with the technical team.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical team to align project goals and client needs.
• Generate leads and follow up through email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Keep track of bids, negotiations, and client communications in a structured format.

Required Skills -

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Basic understanding of IT services like website development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple bids and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility -

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
