Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and identify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding/sales portals.
  • Proactively bid on relevant projects and prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Update and manage CRM tools with all sales activities and lead status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery for acquired projects.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in online bidding and business development.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other sales portals.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
