1. Client Activation via Online Channels
1) Drive the activation of new clients through online platforms, ensuring a seamless on boarding experience.
2) Engage with clients effectively to guide them through the activation process, aiming to exceed defined activation targets.
2. Cross-Sell of Online Financial Products
1) Promote and cross-sell a diverse range of online financial products, including Mutual Fund SIPs, Bonds, and Smart Edge, to enhance client portfolios.
2) Understand client needs and recommend suitable products beyond equities to drive broader engagement and revenue.
3. Talk Hours Management
1) Maintain an average of 4 hours of talk time per day, engaging clients effectively to increase activation and product uptake.
2) Utilize talk hours to build strong client relationships, addressing queries, and encouraging product adoption.
4. Target Activation Percentage Achievement
1) Achieve the activation percentage as defined in Key Result Areas (KRAs), meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
2) Regularly monitor progress against activation targets and implement strategies to close any gaps.
1) Experience in client activation or a customer service role, preferably within financial services or online product activation.
2) Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach to service.
3) Ability to meet daily talk-time targets and effectively cross-sell multiple online financial products.
4) Knowledge of investment products like mutual funds, bonds, and equity markets is a plus
