Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration & Administration

• Setup and manage Worker Nodes; monitor and debug performance.
• Configure and manage OneTrust modules such as Data Discovery, Data Mapping, and DSAR.
• Customize scan profiles, classification policies, and sensitive data element definitions.
• Configure integrations across APIs, file shares, databases, and cloud storage (AWS, GCP, SharePoint).

Scanning & Data Discovery

• Design and schedule data scans (Discovery, Metadata, Classification, Deep Scans).
• Implement incremental scan optimization techniques (CDC, timestamps, file hashes).
• Apply performance tuning and throttling (rate limiting, batch processing).

Technical Integration

• Work with tools like Informatica IDMC, MuleSoft, and Azure for OneTrust integrations.
• Setup secure data source connections via JDBC/ODBC, APIs, OAuth, etc.
• Support development of custom connectors or API extensions.

Monitoring & Maintenance

• Track and analyze scan performance, classification accuracy, and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot scan failures and access issues.
• Maintain dashboards and alerts for compliance and system health.

Documentation & Governance Support

• Maintain detailed technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with data governance teams for compliance reporting and remediation workflows.
• Support data inventory management, flow diagrams, and lineage mapping.
