Job Description

Responsibilities • Conduct Onboarding/Induction training of new joiners • Plan, implement and conduct training programs related to process-product training • Trainee performance evaluation and accurately identifying weaknesses • Demonstrate proficient training skills including professional demeanor, classroom facilitation techniques and encouragement of open dialogue • Monitor and observe various training related work functions • Determine post-training requirements • Support the Ops/Production team, conduct calibration sessions, review and coaching for agents/collectors • Assist the recruitment department for Voice and Accent/Communication capability Design, develop and manage training content for the business • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the partners and share regular feedback with the managers • Identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans and understand data while performing detailed problem analysis • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvements and standardization • Coach and share feedback with team and plan monthly team meetings to discuss outcome • Responsible for designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions • Designing multiple training events in a corporate setting • Conduct business wide TNI and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed • Track new training methods and techniques • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts to help develop a conducive environment for training • Analyze the coaching/training needs of the teams & support them in delivery Desired Candidate Profile • Strong English communication skills with neutral accent • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Soft Skills-Process trainer -Coach • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles • Proven knowledge to master the full training cycle • In-depth knowledge of learning management software • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques • Demonstrated ability
