About Superfone: Superfone is India's 1st Business Phone Number built to help SMBs manage their customer interactions better and grow their business. Apart from enabling communication, Superfone aims to enable the business growth of SMBs by providing integrated business software via the phone platform. Important Points: This role is a fit for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer interaction. This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We work 6 days a week – 5 days from the office and WFH on Saturdays. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Read more about Superfone at www.superfone.in before your interview. About the role: This role is ideal for someone with 1 year of experience in customer interaction or customer service . An Onboarding Executive is responsible for onboarding and training customers on Superfone’s CRM, WhatsApp API, and other features after payment. The ideal candidate is a competitive, self-driven individual who understands digital tools and enjoys helping customers achieve their goals. Job responsibilities: Verify customer documentation immediately after payment. Contact customers and conduct product demos to train them on how to use Superfone and resolve their queries. Understand customer use cases and workflows, and map them to Superfone’s capabilities. Coordinate with internal teams for software integration. Regularly follow up with customers and escalate any setup-related issues to relevant teams. Document all important customer information and interactions in the CRM. Demonstrate strong customer service, communication skills, and ownership of assigned tasks. Mandatory requirements: At least 1 year of experience in customer interaction or service. Ability to understand Superfone’s product capabilities, integration possibilities, and limitations. Fluency in English and Hindi . Excellent communication skills over video meetings, and follow-up via email and WhatsApp. Proficiency in basic tools like Google Suite, Google Meet, and MS Office. Candidates must own an Android smartphone . If not, you are required to purchase one at your own expense before joining.
