OnBase Developer/Administrator

You will be responsible for developing and administering OnBase applications to support organizational information systems and processes. This includes analyzing system specifications, preparing detailed program specifications, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs to ensure high-quality output. Additionally, you will be involved in formulating project scope and objectives through research, demonstrating expertise in application development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies. Your role will require extensive hands-on experience with OnBase document retrieval, workflow modification, document management, archival systems, and ShareBase search, particularly with Guidewire and OnBase accelerators. You will also oversee OnBase system administration tasks such as installation, builds, maintenance, and enhancements of the application. Experience in creating and managing web services for application integration will be necessary, along with providing technical guidance and support to team members while ensuring project milestones are met. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in OnBase development and administration. Hands-on experience with OnBase document management, workflow modification, and system administration is essential. A strong understanding of OnBase Document Archival System, ShareBase Search, and OnBase Accelerators is required. Familiarity with Web Services and integrating them within OnBase systems, along with knowledge of quality assurance, testing, and integration methodologies, are necessary. OnBase certification is preferred, and proven ability to lead and guide technical teams effectively is desirable.
