On-Site Property Sales Executive – Student Housing / Hostel (Pune, Bavdhan)

Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Experience: 1–3 years
CTC / Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month (fixed + incentives, depending on performance)

Role Overview

You will be the face of our hostel/student accommodation at the property itself. You’ll greet walk-in students and parents, conduct property tours, explain room types & pricing, and drive conversions by closing walk-in leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist all walk-in visitors (students and parents) at the property.
• Conduct hostel tours, highlighting room types, safety features, amenities, and key value points.
• Present pricing, payment installments, room configurations, and booking terms clearly.
• Build rapport with visitors, address their questions and objections, and steer them toward booking.
• Work closely with the call-centre team and accounts department to follow up on walk-in leads, confirm bookings, and schedule payments.
• Maintaining the property’s presentation (neatness, signage, brochures) to ensure a welcoming and professional visitor experience.
• Achieve walk-in conversion targets and contribute to monthly / quarterly sales goals.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy and experience or willingness to use CRM.
• Previous experience in hospitality, front-desk, real estate, or on-ground sales is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, punctual, and dependable — you’ll be a consistent representative of the property.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a client-facing capacity.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: Graduate (any discipline). Preference for Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing graduates.
• 1–3 years of experience in on-ground sales, front-desk operations, or property sales.
• Freshers with excellent interpersonal skills may also be considered, depending on role-fit and training needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
