Assist Senior Staff Support chefs, servers, or managers in day-to-day operations. Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Customer Service Support Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner. Take orders (if trained) and serve food/beverages. Food Preparation Assistance (if in the kitchen) Help with basic food prep such as washing, cutting, or plating. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Table Setup & Clearing (if in the dining area) Set up tables before service (linens, utensils, condiments, etc.). Clear and reset tables after guests leave. Cleanliness & Sanitation Maintain cleanliness in the work area (dining room, kitchen, or bar). Sanitize surfaces and properly dispose of waste. Inventory Support Assist in checking stock levels and restocking supplies. Report shortages or damaged items to supervisors. Learning & Development Observe and learn from experienced staff. Attend training sessions or briefings as required. Compliance with Policies Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times. Wear proper uniform and practice good personal hygiene.
