Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven On-Field B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services to dentists and dental clinics across the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical or dental sales or a dental educational background, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
• Generate new business opportunities by onboarding dentists and dental practices
• Present and explain company offerings to dentists in a professional and consultative manner
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental professionals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently
• Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager

Eligibility CriteriaExperience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B field sales (mandatory)
• Experience in medical or dental sales is highly preferred
• Candidates with a dental & sales background will be given preference

Education

• Graduate in any discipline
• Dental or medical education will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge (preferred)

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with extensive travel across Hyderabad & nearby cities
• Regular visits to dental clinics and healthcare centers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
