Job Description

We are looking for a Treatment Planning Executive to join our Digital Treatment Planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate orthodontic treatment plans using digital tools and working closely with orthodontists to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and stage orthodontic treatment plans using digital treatment planning software
• Analyze intraoral scans, photographs, radiographs, and prescriptions
• Plan aligner stages, attachments, IPR, and auxiliaries as per clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with the Lead Orthodontist to review and finalize treatment plans
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to orthodontic biomechanics
• Implement feedback and revise plans within defined timelines
• Maintain proper documentation and follow internal SOPs

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Orthodontics, Dental Technology, or related field
• OR
• Certified Dental Technician with orthodontic experience

OR

• Equivalent orthodontic treatment planning experienc
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in orthodontic treatment planning or clear aligner case setup

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of orthodontic principles
• Experience with digital orthodontic planning software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret scans, X-rays, and clinical prescriptions
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
