Pharma Exp is must Title - Omnichannel Marketing Analytics Job Location: -Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Omnichannel Marketing Analytics role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the performance of our Marketing campaigns across various channels. The Marketing Analystic will work closely with Marketing planners, buyers, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for success and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional Marketing platforms. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Perform in-depth analysis of Marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate Marketing performance to client stakeholders. Provide recommendations on how to optimize campaigns based on data insights, A/B testing results, and market trends. Collaborate with the Marketing buying and planning teams to provide insights that influence Marketing strategy. Budget & Spend Analysis: Monitor Market spend across campaigns and ensure alignment with allocated budgets. Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and performance improvements. Assist in forecasting Market spend based on historical data and future trends. Cross-Channel Attribution: Utilize multi-touch attribution models to evaluate the contribution of various Marketing channels (search, display, social, etc.) to overall campaign performance. Help improve the Marketing attribution process to ensure proper credit is given to each channel. Marketing Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in Marketing analytics. Conduct competitor Marketing analysis to understand market positioning and Marketing strategies of competitors. Identify emerging platforms and channels for potential investment based on research. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Marketing planners, buyers, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment of Marketing strategy with business objectives. Provide clear and concise data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills & Experience Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Marketing analysis, digital marketing analytics, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic buying platforms. Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to present insights effectively. Familiarity with Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively. Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple data points with precision, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling or marketing mix modeling (MMM). Understanding of Marketing buying processes and digital advertising ecosystems. Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
