Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Omni Sports Leader at Decathlon Sports India, located in Jaipur. The Omni Sports Leader will be responsible for managing sports coaching sessions, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and promoting various sports including football. Additionally, this role includes engaging with and fostering the local sports community to increase participation and enthusiasm for sports.

Qualifications

• Sports Coaching and Football skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales
• Passion for sports and promoting an active lifestyle
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Prior experience in a sports retail environment is a plus
• Degree or certification in sports coaching or related field is preferred
