Role Summary

At Decathlon SGS Mall, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join us as Omni Sports Advisors / Workshop Technicians.

Move people through the wonders of sports

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to understand their sport needs and offer the right solutions
• Drive both physical and digital sales through layout, product expertise, and omnichannel tools
• Ensure the store layout is safe, appealing, and easy for customers to navigate and explore
• Offer value-added services like personalisation, repairs, second-life, and buyback
• Maintain stock accuracy and availability to ensure a complete sport range is accessible
• Be part of sport events, local communities, and sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to team success by sharing feedback, learning, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Sport enthusiast with a natural drive to help and engage others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn more
• Energetic, reliable, and responsible, you show up and own your work
• Flexible to work across shifts and weekends (retail hours)
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
