You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance activities on solar panels, inverters, trackers, and other system components to ensure optimal performance. This includes updating tickets raised by customers, internal or performance analysts, and closing them before the due date while following best practices for troubleshooting. In case of breakdowns or system failures, you will respond promptly, diagnose issues, and implement appropriate solutions to minimize downtime. Additionally, conducting preventive maintenance inspections at scheduled intervals to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns will be part of your duties. Troubleshooting technical problems on-site, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions efficiently are key aspects of the role. It is essential to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations during all maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment. Attending site issues as per the performance tickets raised by analysts and exploring opportunities for generation improvement will also be required. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, as well as preparing detailed reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and encountered issues will be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as a point of contact for clients regarding maintenance activities, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Regular site inspections to assess cleaning vendors" work quality, equipment condition, cleanliness, and overall performance, addressing any deficiencies as needed, will also be expected. Coordinating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers for spare parts procurement, warranty claims, and technical support as required is crucial. Being available for emergency response and standby duty as needed to ensure prompt resolution of critical issues is part of the job. Collaboration with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and operations staff, to achieve site maintenance objectives and overall operational efficiency will also be necessary.,
