Role Overview: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, your role will involve assisting in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Okta Identity Management. You will collaborate with the security team, analyze complex security requirements, and implement Okta Identity Management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent working knowledge of security standards and protocols such as SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, RADIUS, and Kerberos - Understanding of REST APIs and JSON for assisting application team integration - Configuration of SSO for SaaS and on-premise applications using Okta's cloud-based IAM Solution - Experience in Directory Integration with Active Directory, LDAP using Okta - Hands-on experience with Okta's Cloud-based IAM solution - Understanding of access management, federated identity, 2-factor solutions, sign-on, and application policy - Configuration expertise in Groups, Assignment, and application workflow - Architectural Operational support for OKTA systems, maintenance, and configuration standards - Implementation of new OKTA processes and procedures - Execution of at least 2 projects on Okta - Integration Design competency on Okta - Development of functional and technical solution specifications - Troubleshooting skills with Okta, including Okta hooks and Okta sign-in Widget - Understanding of Cloud-based Access & Identity Management products - Strong Java and web-services development experience - Leadership in solution development and troubleshooting - Development background in J2EE/Java/JavaScript Qualifications Required: - Preferred development background in Java - Understanding of cloud platform services - Knowledge of Open ID Connect Policy, SAML, SOAP, WS-Security, OAuth, and Kerberos - Knowledge or Experience in any other IDM technology - Okta Developer/Consultant Certification Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management. An ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.
