Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Okta Developer to manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, implement secure authentication workflows, and support full-stack application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Okta configurations, backend integrations, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions.
Implement authentication workflows, SSO, and user provisioning in line with security best practices.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, NodeJS, Drupal, and related technologies.
Write and maintain backend APIs and GraphQL services for integration with Okta and other systems.
Participate in Agile development teams, contributing to Scrum or Kanban processes.
Support DevOps activities such as CI/CD pipeline automation, using tools like Jenkins and Terraform.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement IAM solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing Okta and application configurations.
Maintain documentation of identity management processes, workflows, and integrations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Okta administration and configuration, or 5+ years with other IAM tools.
Strong full-stack development experience (React, NodeJS, Drupal, APIs, GraphQL).
Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for backend and scripting tasks.
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum preferred, Kanban acceptable).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira.

Preferred Skills:

Okta Professional or Okta Developer Certification.
Hands-on experience with Auth0.
Familiarity with internal J&J processes (XENA) or willingness to learn.
