Okta - Senior Admin
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services such as Active Directory (AD) or LDAP
Implement and enforce Okta security policies, including access controls, MFA configurations, and conditional access rules to ensure secure and compliant identity management.
Lead or actively contribute to the migration of users, groups, and applications from multiple Okta tenants into a single, consolidated tenant environment
Oversee application onboarding and integration, including SAML, OIDC, and SWA configurations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless user experience during migration
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks throughout the identity lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SSO integrations, directory synchronization failures, and policy misconfigurations, providing Level 2 support as needed
Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base articles to support ongoing BAU activities and enable efficient issue resolution.
