Responsibilities

• Implement and administer

  solutions, focusing on CIAM.
• Integrate customer identity flows using

  REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks

  for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure solutions are scalable and performant.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to document processes and communicate technical details effectively.

Skills

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in

  CIAM

  with expertise in

  Okta

  .
• Strong understanding of identity standards such as

  OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM

  .
• Experience with front-end and back-end integration for customer identity flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on

  scalability and performance

  .
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Vendor certifications (e.g.,

  Okta Certified Professional, Auth0 Certified Expert

  ).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and consent management frameworks like

  GDPR and CCPA

  .
• Experience in customer-facing digital platforms such as

  eCommerce, mobile apps, and portals
