Okta Auth0 implementation expert

• Implement identity solutions and workflows across enterprise systems using Okta and Auth0.
• Configure and customize authentication and authorization flows using protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and SCIM.
• Manage user provisioning, directory integrations (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management automation.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, IT, and product teams to integrate identity services for both internal and external applications.
• Create and maintain documentation on identity architecture, technical configurations, and workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert on identity governance, privileged access, and related security best practices.
• Identify security risks and contribute to incident response and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (typically 5-8+ years) in IAM, cybersecurity engineering, or infrastructure security

• Deep

  hands-on expertise with Okta and Auth0 configuration, APIs, policies, and integrations (Essential)

• Strong knowledge of identity standards and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM).
• Experience with user provisioning, directory services, federated identity, and automation scripting (Python, JavaScript, Terraform).
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence enterprise identity strategies.
• Okta Certified Developer credential for Customer Identity Cloud is preferred.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry and cloud environments is a plus.

Additional Skills (preferred):

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, platform performance optimization, and security controls.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
• Ability to innovate platform-level IAM solutions involving API management and custom integrations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
