Okta Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design and manage IAM solutions (Okta, Duo, Entra, AD, Ping).
• Integrate applications with SSO and 2FA (on-prem, cloud, third-party).
• Implement and support authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, OpenID).
• Automate IAM tasks using PowerShell, Python, and open-source tools.
• Support IT infrastructure operations and ensure system uptime.
• Lead IAM projects and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and resolve access issues.
• Maintain IAM documentation and compliance reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree BE (IT/CE/EC), MSc (IT), MCA or equivalent is preferred
• Certification Okta, Duo Certified administrator
• 6-8 years of IT Infrastructure Operations
• 3-4 years of position specific experience
• 3-4 years of Project/Client Engagement and Customer Facing
• Experience in design, implementation, administration of Identity & Access Management
• Experience of Access Management Platform – Okta, Duo, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity
• Experience in Application Integration with SSO/2FA – On premise, Cloud & third party hosted platform applications
• Experience in authorization protocols – SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, openID
• Experience in scripting – Opensource, Windows Powershell, Python
