Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations of the assigned facility/site/unit and ensure smooth functioning. Implement company policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Monitor daily productivity, quality, and cost efficiency metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, maintenance, HR, and finance. Lead and supervise staff including workforce planning, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regional or central management. Resolve operational challenges and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. Ensure proper upkeep of infrastructure, machinery, and other assets. Represent the unit in audits, inspections, or meetings with authorities or clients. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or other methodologies. Manage vendor/service partner relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
