Experienced offshore Structural Engineers Candidates conversant with SACS software for analysis / design of offshore structures. Hands on experience in performing In place / Inservice and Preservice analysis of Fixed platform Jacket & topsides / FPSO / Floater Topside Modules. Also Experience in Spectral Fatigue / Seismic, On bottom stability, Pile handling, Floatation & Upending for Jackets / platforms will be an added advantage; Experience in using SESAM / STAAD Pro / SAP2000 & FEM software s ANSYS / ABACUS would be an advantage. Responsible to provide inputs to structural modelers / drafting team, check 3D Model & Drawings for Engg aspects using NAVIS works / equivalent 3D Model viewers, prepare MTO / BOQ / BOM, Inputs for Weight Control report, verify other Disc data for Weight Control report. Familiar with Structural Material Grades / fabrication aspects / detailing aspects. We re hiring Offshore Structural Engineer for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Chennai. Graduate in Civil Engg / Structural Engg desired, Post Graduate in Structural Engg / Offshore Structure is preferable; Experience: 15 + years; Minimum 2 / 3 EPC or Detailed engineering projects worked as a Lead / Area Lead; 15 years with min 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry. Exposure to Field Engineering , Basic/FEED engineering.
