Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving offline sales in assigned regions by utilizing your native language fluency to connect with local clients. Your key duties will include building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers, and dealers. You will be expected to generate leads, convert prospects, and expand the customer base through field visits and in-person meetings. Additionally, providing product consultations and explaining pricing, delivery, and services in the regional language will be crucial aspects of your role. Regular travel within the territory is essential to nurture strong customer rapport and gather market intelligence. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and overall client satisfaction. Tracking and reporting regional sales performance, as well as providing market feedback to leadership, will be part of your routine tasks. To be successful in this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in offline sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, or industrial B2B sales. Proficiency in the local/native language (Telugu for AP & Telangana; Kannada for Bangalore) is required. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in field sales and relationship management, are necessary. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently, with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Preferred qualifications include a deep understanding of regional construction markets and customer behavior, experience in mentoring junior team members or managing small sales teams, and familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
