Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Offline Distribution Manager. The Offline Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our retail and B2B distribution network, including local retail shops, dietitians, and bakeries. This role involves developing distribution strategies, coordinating with distributors , shops, monitoring distribution channels, and ensuring effective product placement. The role will also focus on maintaining relationships with distributors, analyzing market trends, and optimizing supply chain operations to meet distribution goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales role in Functional food category ( Atta , Rice , Snacks ) in Uttar Pradesh
• Preexisting contacts with Distributors , Local retail in Uttar Pradesh.
• Distribution and Supply Chain Management skills
• Experience in developing distribution strategies and managing partnerships
• Proficiency in market analysis and trend monitoring
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in the food and nutrition industry is a Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
