Job Description

Perform analytical and chemical testing of dyes and chemicals.
Prepare standard solutions and maintain a standardization register on a monthly basis.
Execute the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plan for all chemical and analytical equipment.
Maintain sample storage and related records systematically.
Ensure contamination-free handling of instruments, labware, and digester systems for effective analysis.
Liaise with the QA lab for QA-32 clearance.
Prepare dyes and chemicals worksheets based on functionality and testing parameters.
Allocate worksheets based on sample priority (first sample or routine sample for testing).
Conduct routine tests, special tests, and departmental-specified studies as per user requirements.
Coordinate with stores and the lab for QA clearance.
Troubleshoot specific analysis-related cases in collaboration with users to resolve technical issues.
Identify suitable sample conditions for heavy metal testing on the digester.
Prepare samples for heavy metal testing on the digester, followed by ICP-MS analysis.
Execute application-based trials and studies under project charters for cost optimization.
