Job Summary
Candidate with 1 years of experience in retail banking/ insurance domain, with basic understanding of wealth products will be preferrable. Incumbent will be expected to performing assurance checks Nontrade and trade instructions, support management tracker, MIS and adhoc activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute transactions within the agreed timelines and accuracy, as specified in the Service Level Agreement.
  • To escalate exceptions to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
  • Comply with all applicable rules / regulations of the Company / Group policies and adherence to Group Code of Conduct.
  • To ensure errors are identified and recorded on time.
  • Should cross-train oneself with other processes in the unit.
  • Processing as per departmental operating instructions manual / process note.
  • To ensure that errors are highlighted or reported on the same day of identification to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
  • Take accountability and follow existing operational processes / controls and suggests, if changes required with a view to mitigate operational risk.
  • Recommend process / workflow changes for greater efficiency and control.
  • To identify and report all exceptions on non-compliance with standard controls.
  • To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls.
  • Upholding the values of the Group and the Company at all times.

Qualifications
Graduate with at least 2 year of experience in banking/ insurance Operation with understanding of wm products
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of Banking products
