Officer- Sales (MBA Freshers)

• Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements, provide product knowledge, and present suitable design/solution offerings.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to deliver proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage client interactions from initial inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Contribute to local marketing and promotional activities for lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and reports in CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Graduate in Marketing or Business preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury products will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
