Qualification:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
  • Sales Strategy and Targets

    : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed international allocated sales targets.
  • Market Expansion

    : Identify and pursue international business opportunities to expand the companys global market presence.
  • Market Research

    : Conduct thorough market research to analyse international market trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Compliance

    : Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export/import laws, and other relevant standards in different regions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of international sales initiatives.
  • Cultural Understanding

    : Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding to navigate diverse business environments and build rapport with international clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Provide regular reports on international sales performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Travel:

    Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients, attend conferences, and explore business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International sales.
  • Master's degree in Marketing Management or related field.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills with potential for leadership development.
  • Professional demeanour with problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills.
