Officer Production

Job Summary:

The Officer Production will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring the availability of raw materials as per R&D formulations, coordinating with Quality Control (QC) for batch approvals, and ensuring smooth execution of final production. This role requires attention to detail, process adherence, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Material Verification:

  Check the availability of

  raw materials as per the formula

  prepared by the

  R&D team

  before initiating the production process.

• Production Initiation:

  Ensure proper setup and start the production process as per

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  and guidelines.

• Batch Monitoring:

  Coordinate with the

  Quality Control (QC) team

  for timely batch testing and approval before proceeding to final production.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of

  raw material usage, batch progress, and QC approvals

  to ensure transparency in the production process.

• Coordination with Teams:

  Work closely with the

  R&D, QC, and Supply Chain teams

  to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Adhere to all

  safety and regulatory

  requirements within the production facility to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production, or a related field.

• 1-3 years

  of experience in

  manufacturing/production

  within the

  paints, coatings, or chemical industry

  preferred.
• Basic understanding of

  batch production, raw material handling, and quality control procedures

  .
• Familiarity with

  safety protocols and regulatory compliance

  in a manufacturing setup.
