Job Description

Job Title: Officer – Production Location: Nandesari, Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: 2 to 5 years Key Responsibilities: Monitor day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of chemical production lines. Maintain process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for production planning and troubleshooting. Prepare and maintain production records, logs, and shift reports. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. Supervise and guide operators and helpers in the shift. Required Skills: Good understanding of chemical processes and plant operations. Knowledge of batch/continuous manufacturing systems. Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC systems is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of ISO/GMP practices is a plus. Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
