Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on BMS, EMS, HVAC equipment, and other utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-efficient solutions and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with QMS standards by maintaining accurate records of work performed.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in facility management or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree).
Strong knowledge of BMS, EMS, HVAC Equipments, Utility Maintenance practices.
Familiarity with QMS principles and implementation methods.
