Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Safety procedures to be followed for project execution without compromising safety rules & regulations Develop the team of employees by formation of the Accident Prevention Team Assist the plant in charge for auditing the plants for compliance of maintaining the Safety System Compliance for the site. Coordinate for the implementation of the recommendation to keep the system in good operating condition In consultation with Head - Safety, prepare or modify the Safety procedures as per site. Implementing the guidelines/points of the external agencies and individual auditors, etc, engaged by the site for Accident Prevention at site . Coordinate with all the department for the Accident prevention activities by imparting regular training and drills Understand the legal requirements of the plant and implement for the plant area in coordination with the Plant Head. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : B.E (Chemical) from the premier institute and. Training or exposure to advanced accident prevention techniques. Post Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Govt. Of Gujarat is mandatory. RELEVANT AND TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : Should have around 02 to 06 yrs experience in a chemical plant after completion of PDIS Course and working in safety department.
