Officer - Ash Management

You will be responsible for monitoring ash sale data of customers in accordance with Agreements/Contracts. Your role will involve facilitating the utilization of Ash within the approved budget and Management Guidelines. Additionally, you will be required to ensure the free issue of Fly Ash to brick plants as per MoEF&CC notification. Your daily tasks will include preparing daily MIS reports, highlighting major activities, and coordinating with customers, transporters, and security departments to maintain smooth ash vehicle traffic. You will also need to collaborate with the mechanical, electrical, and C&I team for maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of silos. Issuing Invoice cum gate pass for individual bulkers in three shifts will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring ash silo operations for ash loading, ensuring proper housekeeping in the ash silo area, and maintaining 100% disposal of Total Ash (Fly ash, bottom Ash) generated will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be accountable for the safe and environmentally friendly disposal of fly ash and pond ash. Monitoring and maintaining the optimum silo level by coordinating with customers as per generation schedules of the plant will be essential to the operations. Moreover, you will be expected to stay updated on new technologies in Ash Management and explore new avenues of Ash Utilization periodically to enhance your knowledge and skills in this field.,
