Job Description

Tool Box Meeting Conducting daily toolbox meeting befor the shift starts Timeliness , No.of meetings conducted Manpower Allocation Allocating contract manpower in such a way that they would generate productivity of more than 60 MT/ group Standard v/s Actual Productivity Shift management Ensure loading & stabilization of material as per SOP SOP v/s Actual Reporting of breakages,cullet& not found material during the shift
No.of times stock not updated Ensuring loading of correct material in truck as per Loading slip
No.of Trucks wrong loaded Avoiding loose box generation in warehouse by closely monitoring the loading point & warehouse to reduce breakages No
of breakages due to loose box Collecting & checking barcode tags of each box loaded in truck & handover to barcoder for scanning & ensuring scanning of truck intime
Timeliness/Accuracy Record Maintenance Filling up of all ISO related documents like log book, forklift checksheet,availabilityu sheet in each shift Timeliness/Accuracy 5S/ Kaizen Maintaining 5S in warehouse for smooth functioning 5S audit score Initiating & Implementing atleast 4 kaizen in a year for each shift in charge
No.of kaizens in a year Safety Ensuring daily use of PPE by contract employees Accidents due to no use of PPE Reporting of occurences/accidents/near miss if any during the shift No.of actions taken
