Responsibilities

Sourcing Operations:

• Prepare RFQs, track responses, and perform price comparisons as per SOPs.
• Ensure timely closure of sourcing requests within defined SLAs.
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Adhere to sourcing policies and approval hierarchies.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and support audit readiness.
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with procurement requesters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
• Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the sourcing lead.
  

MIS & Continuous Improvement

• Update trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements for efficiency and vendor experience.
  

System & Governance

• Utilize SAP MM and Ariba for sourcing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and governance controls.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, or Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing execution, or techno-commercial support.
• Certifications in Procurement or Sourcing Operations (preferred).
