  • Front deskFront desk, calls & visitor handling
  • Studio booking & lead follow-up
  • Office & admin operations
  • Recruitment support & HR paperwork
  • Onboarding & exit formalities
  • Calendar & email support for Director
  • Basic bookkeeping, translation & documentation


Requirements:

  • English + Tamil fluency (extra languages bonus)
  • 1–3 yrs experience in admin/HR/coordinator roles
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong MS Office & Google Workspace skills
  • Excellent communication & organisation
