Job Opening: Office Staff – School Administration
Location: St. Michael Convent School, Devigarh

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff Member to support daily administrative tasks at our school in Devigarh. The ideal candidate should possess practical typing skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Fees Collection and record maintenance
Data Entry and report generation using MS Excel
Printing and Documentation tasks
Interaction with Parents and basic query handling
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school office
Required Skills:
Good typing speed and accuracy in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
Strong communication skills and a polite, professional attitude
Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Prior experience in school or office administration will be an advantage
