???? What Youll Be Doing:

Making sure company rules and safety standards are followed

Helping coworkers and managers solve everyday problems in the office

Working with HR and Finance teams to help with new employee paperwork and documents

Keeping office supplies in stock (like coffee, tea, paper, and pens)

Doing small repair tasks or calling service people when needed

? Were Looking for Someone Who:

Has strong organizational and multitasking skills

Takes initiative and can manage tasks independently and proactively

Is confident using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

Has a solution-oriented mindset and enjoys helping others

Can communicate in English both written and spoken (at a communicative level)

Has prior office management or administrative experience (preferred, but not required)
