As an Office Manager at Nbyula, your role involves developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and ensuring the office needs of team members are met. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes, and serving as a liaison with building management regarding office needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring inventory of office supplies and managing costs - Handling all shipping and receivables for the company - Coordinating office lunches and overseeing snack ordering and replenishment - Assisting with scheduling meetings - Managing office maintenance, couriers, and housekeeping - Regularly interacting with team members to create a comfortable work environment Additionally, you will be expected to: - Manage travel and accommodation for employees, partners, and clients - Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any field - 0-4 years of experience in facilities/office operations management - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi - High attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred It would be a plus if you have experience working as an executive assistant.
