Office Helper

As a Tea Shop Assistant, your role will involve preparing and selling tea to customers with efficiency and courtesy. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the tea counter and its surrounding area. Handling cash transactions accurately and providing correct change to customers will be part of your daily tasks. Keeping a record of daily sales and expenses in a simple account ledger will also be essential. Additionally, you will assist in stock management and other essentials, ensuring that the tea shop runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and selling tea to customers - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the tea counter and surrounding area - Handling cash transactions and providing correct change - Keeping a record of daily sales and expenses - Assisting in stock management - Greeting customers politely and creating a friendly atmosphere - Following safety and hygiene regulations - Assisting in opening and closing procedures of the shop Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to communicate effectively with customers - Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations This is a full-time position with fixed morning shifts. The preferred languages for this role are Hindi and Bengali. The work location is in person. Please note that food will be provided as a benefit for this position.,
