About the Role We are seeking a reliable and responsible Office Helper / Peon / Pantry Boy to support smooth daily operations across the office. This role involves assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, handling deliveries, and ensuring pantry services are efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities Office Support: Deliver and collect files, documents, and parcels within and outside the office as required. Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing materials. Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and ready for use. Pantry & Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area at all times. Monitor and restock pantry supplies as needed. Housekeeping & Maintenance: Keep the office premises neat and clean, including workstations, washrooms, and reception areas. Support in setting up office equipment, furniture, or supplies when required. Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly. Other Duties: Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages. Support administrative staff and management with ad hoc tasks. RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Prior experience in office assistance, peon, or pantry roles preferred.
