Business Expo & Event Coordination

  • Organize company participation in business expos & trade fairs.
  • Manage stall setup, branding material, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Execute events smoothly with proper planning.

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute branding strategies to increase company visibility.
  • Create brochures, posters, banners, and digital marketing materials.
  • Support the design team or create basic graphics using Canva.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan content, prepare posts, reels, stories, and run campaigns.
  • Boost brand engagement and handle online inquiries.

HR Support Activities (During Free Time)

  • Maintain employee files & documentation.
  • Assist HR with interview scheduling & candidate coordination.
  • Support onboarding: forms, joining kits, ID card information, etc.
  • Prepare attendance or basic HR reports.
  • Help in organizing internal events and activities.
