Job Description

Position: Office ExecutiveEligibility Requirements

Minimum Age: 21 years
Qualification:
Graduate preferred
12th pass candidates can also apply
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Strong communication & organizational skills required

What We Are Looking For

Responsible and disciplined individual
Good command over communication (Punjabi/Hindi)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Punctual, sincere, and eager to learn

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents
Assist in maintaining stock reports and office registers
Support management in scheduling meetings & follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams
Manage office supplies and maintain cleanliness of the workspace
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

Job Details

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Location: Lord Shankar Industry, Mandi Gobindgarh
Industry: Iron Product Manufacturing
Salary: Based on interview & experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
