Office Executive

• Manage & Co-ordinate with Sales representative with real time data analysis and checking reporting in application and maintain data in excel (compulsory) and other formats.
• Co-ordination with team members and resolve any queries or issues.
• Telephonic communication with all Parties and Sales team for collection of payments on daily basis.
• Collection and recording of Purchase orders from Sales Team and Parties and planning for dispatch.
• Perform general clerical duties such as sorting mail and organizing paperwork
• Perform various administrative work
• Assist with day-to-day office work
• Effective communication.
• Perform data entry and any miscellaneous work as provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and other application as per training.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Minimum 05 to 10 year experience in this field.
• Handy with some accounting will be beneficial.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
