Position: Office Executive (Accounts, Sales & Operations Support)

Role & Responsibilities:

This is a multi-tasking role where the candidate will be involved in:

  • Basic accounts-related work
  • Sales coordination and follow-ups
  • Day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Documentation and record management
  • Vendor and client coordination when required

(We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and supporting different departments as needed.)

Required Skills:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office

    (Excel & Word are a must)
  • Good communication skills in

    English and Hindi

  • Knowledge of

    Bengali

    will be an added advantage
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage responsibilities, and maintain organised records
  • Professional, disciplined, and responsible attitude

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience preferred, but freshers with strong MS Office skills may also apply
  • Graduate in any stream
