Job Description

  • Administrative Support – Handle day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Data Management – Maintain and update records, databases, and files.
  • Coordination – Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with departments.
  • Communication Handling – Answer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Documentation – Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Office Supplies Management – Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
  • Customer Support – Interact with clients and visitors, providing necessary assistance.
  • Billing & Payments – Assist in invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Vendor & Staff Coordination – Liaise with vendors and support staff for office needs.
  • Compliance & Policies – Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Tech Support Assistance – Help troubleshoot basic IT and office equipment issues.
  • Event Planning – Support in organizing office events, travel bookings, and conferences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,338.38 - ₹15,000.00 per month
