Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilwara for an Office Executive. The Office Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office operations, providing exceptional customer service to clients, coordinating office communications, and supporting accounting functions. The role requires efficient handling of documents, scheduling, and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven ability in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Knowledge of Accounting practices to handle financial tasks and transactions competently.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with aviation or educational institutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
