Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Office Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and couriers professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records accurately.
  • Assist HR and Accounts teams with documentation and coordination as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory effectively.
  • Support the scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and calendars.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent computer skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • A graduate degree in any stream is required, such as B.A, B.Com, BBA, etc.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office coordinator role is preferred.
