Job Description

As a Bank Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various bank-related tasks such as cash deposits, cheque processing, and managing banking operations efficiently. Your duties will include managing bank documents, ensuring timely submission of financial paperwork, and coordinating with the bank for account-related queries. Additionally, you will be required to perform field duties like visiting banks, handling courier dispatches, and supporting office administration with documentation and record-keeping. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining records and reports, along with a strong understanding of banking operations including cash deposits and cheque clearance. Previous field job experience with exposure to handling banking work effectively is desirable. Good communication skills are essential for successful coordination with internal and external stakeholders. It is also necessary to own a scooter or bike for ease of commuting. In this position, being well-organized and proactive in managing banking and office coordination tasks is crucial. You should be able to work independently and ensure the timely completion of responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent role with day and morning shifts, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
